The MegaHIT 300 is the ultimate solution for laser welding difficult metals such as silver, thanks to its dual in-line resonator and upgraded capacitor bank delivering up to 300 J of effective energy. Designed for intensive use, it features an integrated cooling system and a large welding chamber, making it perfect for industrial environments and jewelry manufacturing facilities with high production demands.

The MegaHIT 300 represents the pinnacle of laser welding for precious and reflective metals.
Equipped with a dual in-line laser resonator and a reinforced capacitor bank, this machine delivers significantly higher power than standard systems, making the welding of notoriously difficult materials like silver easier and more reliable.
 
The cooling system, integrated into the pedestal and entirely developed by ElettroLaser, ensures intensive and continuous operation without overheating, increasing both productivity and system longevity.
 
The large welding chamber with a lower opening allows for the processing of bulky and large-sized pieces, offering maximum flexibility in industrial contexts.
The 7” color touchscreen, paired with an integrated camera, allows for precise control and real-time visualization of welding operations.
