The Mega 6.0 is Elettrolaser’s solution for professionals who demand flawless welds, even on challenging materials such as silver. This technological evolution is evident in its powerful laser source, dual cooling system, and Smooth Gaussian Spot technology, which ensures perfect and uniform finishes.

The Mega 6.0 was developed to meet the needs of jewelry and industrial workshops engaged in intensive work and processing of difficult materials, such as reflective metals.
 
The machine integrates Smooth Gaussian Spot technology, which enables a homogeneous distribution of the laser beam, improving both the aesthetic and functional quality of the weld.
 
This results in cleaner welds, reduced thermal deformation, and greater efficiency in distributing filler material.  The dual cooling system allows continuous operation even in high-temperature environments or during extended shifts, while the 7” touchscreen and internal joystick provide intuitive and precise interaction.

The 3D version, equipped with a stereoscopic viewer, enhances the operator’s experience by reducing eye fatigue and increasing precision. Mega 6.0 is therefore a comprehensive tool, combining power and refinement, designed for those who want to take their work to the next level.
