DL 200 is a floor-standing laser welder designed for large-scale industrial applications. Equipped with motorized movement on three axes (X-Y-Z), a two-axis orientable arm, and a dual resonator, it is ideal for repairing molds and large industrial components, even in difficult-to-access areas.

Specifically designed for the industrial sector and mold repair, DL 200 combines high power, a wide working area, and maximum positioning precision.
 
This machine integrates a dual Nd:Ce:YAG laser resonator capable of generating pulses up to 200 J and a peak power of 10 kW, ideal for structural welds or welding on highly reflective materials. The motorized three-axis movement system (X, Y, Z) is controlled via joystick, while the welding arm is tiltable and rotatable on two axes, allowing interventions even on complex surfaces or areas inaccessible with standard systems.
 
The integrated high-resolution camera, together with the ease of use of the touch screen and parameter memory, completes a system designed for continuous productivity without sacrificing detail control.
