Combo 200 is the Elettrolaser laser system designed to offer maximum flexibility in welding molds and industrial parts. With its welding head mounted on an independent wheeled carriage, it is perfect for working on oversized objects or in difficult positions.

Combo 200 is Elettrolaser’s solution for laser welding large components under complex operating conditions. Unlike the DL 200, this model features a mobile laser head on a wheeled carriage, allowing easy access to any point of the workpiece, even on the machine or in the workshop.
 
Designed for the mold, automotive, mechanical, and aerospace sectors, the Combo 200 can weld inclined surfaces, internal areas, or irregular geometries thanks to the two-axis orientable head (tilt and rotation) and motorized XYZ axis movement.
 
Equipped with a dual resonator Nd:Ce:YAG laser source, it offers peak power up to 10 kW, maintaining high control standards through joystick, 7” touch screen interface, and integrated camera.
 The system is fully industrial-grade, built to withstand intensive workloads and ensure consistent welding quality.
